This program is designed to foster reciprocal support between Falls Creek Alpine Resort and our local business community, helping us collectively amplify the destination’s visibility and appeal.
To be eligible for the program, active members must hold a current ATDW listing.
However, you do not need to be a Marketing Member to be included in Tourism North East (TNE) initiatives, you simply need to maintain an up-to-date ATDW listing.
By becoming a Marketing Member, you’ll gain access to enhanced promotional opportunities, collaborative campaigns, and increased exposure across Falls Creek’s owned channels.

How to Create Your Listing
- Visit the ATDW Online Portal
- Register as a Tourism Operator.
- Select Event as your listing type.
- Provide:
- A short description (max 200 words)
- Event dates and location
- At least one high-quality image (minimum 1600x1200 pixels)
- Submit your listing for review. Event listings are free and typically go live within 1–2 business days.

How to Apply for the Ride High Country Preferred Program
The application process is designed to help businesses assess their readiness and align with the standards of the RHCP program. Here’s what to expect:

Ensure your business meets the basic requirements, including location, ATDW listing, and cycle-friendly services. - Complete a Self-Audit
Evaluate your current facilities and identify areas for improvement. TNE offers support to help you strengthen your offering. - Submit the Online Application
Applications are accepted year-round with a 14-day review period. - Application Review & Approval
Tourism North East will assess your application, which may include a site visit. Approved businesses receive access to the RHCP toolkit and promotional opportunities.
