About the role
- A unique opportunity exists to join the management staff of one of Victoria’s peak tourism destinations.
- Falls Creek Resort Management (FCRM) are looking for a motivated, professional person to provide key leadership in the role of Asset & Services Manager.
- This full time position will report to the Director of Infrastructure & Mountain Response and will be part of the team that manages critical public assets and key resort services for Falls Creek.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of asset maintenance and renewal programs for critical public assets including buildings, roads and carparks, tracks and trails, water and waste water infrastructure, plant and vehicles.
- Delivery of key resort services including winter public transport, car parking, snow clearing, cross country grooming, waste collection and public facility cleaning.
- Leadership and development of a diverse work team.
- Delivery of key support roles for minor capital projects, events, equipment procurement and after hours response.
Skills & Experience
- Possess minimum Diploma level tertiary qualifications and high level professional experience in asset management, engineering or other relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in development of Preventative Maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated experience in management and use of Asset Information System software packages.
- Budget development, tracking, forecasting and executive reporting.
- Detailed knowledge of contract and project management processes.
- Previous experience in management of work or project teams.
