Expressions of Interest – Now Open!

Street Trading – Falls Creek Alpine Resort

Alpine Resorts Victoria trading as Falls Creek Alpine Resort (FCAR) are calling for Street Trading stalls to operate in the Resort from 2024 – 2026. FCAR is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and enthusiastic operators interested in operating as Street Traders in the Falls Creek Village. The current Street Trading permits are set to expire in early 2024. Both new and existing operators are encouraged to apply.

The foundation of the Street Activation Policy is to provide resort guests with a diverse commercial offering that adds to the vibrancy of the activated public spaces while complementing our existing lease-based traders. The Street Activation Policy (SAP) can be found on this site here.

There is some variability regarding locations and FCAR is always open to new and progressive ideas however street trading will only be considered on untenanted (currently not-leased) land.

FCAR will provide connection to utilities (power, water and wastewater) if they are required. The connection to utilities may determine the final location within each precinct. Electricity and gas will be metered and paid for by the appropriate trader.
